Project Planning
We develop layout, materials, and construction approach. Where the work calls for it, this includes coordinating surveys, engineering, or permits.

Detailed Proposal
You receive a written proposal describing the scope of work and materials so you can compare options and make decisions with confidence.

Scheduling & Preparation
Once approved, we set a schedule, arrange materials, confirm utility locates, and plan site access and protection.

Construction & Installation
Excavation, base preparation, and installation proceed in sequence, with updates as work progresses and any changes discussed before they happen.

Quality Review & Final Walkthrough
We review the finished work together, address any items you notice, and share care and maintenance guidance.

A simple walkway may move from consultation to installation quickly, while multi-level hardscapes, retaining walls, drainage, gas, or electrical work can involve surveys, engineering, permits, and licensed specialists. We'll explain what applies to your project during planning.
